terms and conditions

1. all items sold are pre-loved and in perfect condition (unless stated otherwise)

2. buying is at your own risk, no refunds and no exchanges are allowed. colour may vary a little due to monitor resolutions and lightings during photoshoot

3. items are sold at a first come first serve basis

4. we only accept BANK IN PAYMENT to maybank account (account number will be given when the order is confirmed)

5. shipping costs in within Malaysia, ranging from rm6-rm8 via POS LAJU, and rm4 via POS EKSPRESS will be borne by buyers. we will not be responsible for the damages or losses in the process of delivery via POSLAJU/POSEKPRESS. items will be mailed out only upon receipt of cash, estimated to arrive in 2-3 days after payment

6. reservation up to 3 days, only applies if the order is confirmed. to purchase and for further enquiries, you can always email us at clothes.reloaded@gmail.com and we promise to get back to you within 24 hours! please provide the following details
